Such a fun class!! I haven't taken a boxing class in years and coach Elliot was very patient with my uncoordinated self. Class begins with a nice warm up followed by some basic foot work fundamentals to help you get through the combinations. I had such a great time that the hour flew by. I will definitely be back and give the classes a solid 10!!
